App Store privacy label: “Data Not Collected.” This page is the whole policy — there is no fine print elsewhere.

What the app stores, and where

XRCise keeps the things you create so the app can work:

All of it lives on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in the private iCloud database attached to your Apple Account. That sync is performed entirely by Apple’s iCloud service under Apple’s privacy terms; the developer operates no servers and has no way to see, access, or recover any of it. If you are not signed in to iCloud, the data simply stays on the device.

Apple Health

With your permission, XRCise reads workout, heart-rate, and active-energy data from Apple Health to show the heart-rate graph and calories in your workout summaries. That is the entire integration:

What is never collected

The app contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or any other third-party code, and it makes no network requests of its own. Nothing you log is ever transmitted to the developer or to anyone else. No identifiers are created, no usage statistics exist, and there is nothing to sell, share, or lose in a breach.

Data export

Exporting your history creates a plain JSON file on your device that you keep, send, or store wherever you choose. The file contains only your own data: gyms, machines, workouts, and sets. It travels through the channel you pick, is never uploaded to any service operated by the developer, and its contents are visible to exactly the people you give it to. Restoring or merging an export happens entirely on-device.

Children’s privacy

XRCise is intended for adults logging their own training. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it also collects no data from children.

Deleting your data

Your data is yours to remove at any time:

A note on fitness information

XRCise records what you tell it and displays measurements from your own devices. None of it is medical or training advice. For guidance on exercise programs or health decisions, consult a qualified professional.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever changes how data is handled, this page will be updated first, the effective date above will change, and the App Store privacy label will be updated to match. Given the app’s design — no servers, no collection — material changes are not anticipated.
